Though not a complete list, the following legal services are currently provided to clients of the firm:

1. Labor, Employment, and Benefits Matters. This includes a wide variety of services.

2. General Civil Litigation. This includes bringing suit on behalf of clients, as well as providing a defense in civil matters. Representation is provided at both the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts.

3. Corporate Representation. This includes creation and maintenance of corporations, preparation of corporate documents, purchase and sale of businesses, corporate finance, drafting buy sell agreements, and every aspect of corporate law.

4. Construction Law. In addition to complex construction litigation and arbitration, the firm deals with collection matters (plaintiff and defendant) in mechanics lien proceedings, bond proceedings (public works), and prompt payment and trust fund actions.

5. Occupational Safety and Health. This includes audit of current safety and health practices to insure compliance with federal and state law, as well as representation before the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, comparable state agencies, and the courts.

6. Trade Association Representation. The firm handles numerous trade associations, which are generally non-profit organizations. The firm gives advice on association law, antitrust matters, industry legal concerns, and the types of issues faced by many private businesses.

7. Estate Planning. This includes drafting of wills and trust documents.
