Eric Paltell, Darrell VanDeusen and Pete Saucier were named three of Maryland's "Super Lawyers" in the January 2008 issue of Baltimore Magazine. Pete and Eric were included in the category of "Employment and Labor;" Darrell was listed in the category of "Employment Litigation: Defense."

Frank Kollman, Pete Saucier, Darrell VanDeusen and Ken Gauvey presented "Employment Law from A to Z" at a seminar in Baltimore in December 2007.

Darrell VanDeusen will speak on Advanced FMLA and ADA at the Annual Convention of the National Association of College and University Attorneys in New York in June 2008.

Eric Paltell has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross, Central Maryland Chapter.

Frank Kollman will speak at the 36th annual convention of the Steel Erectors Association of America in San Antonio, Texas, February 21-23, 2008. Earlier this year, Frank spoke to the Association about training supervisors in Myrtle Beach, the site of its 35th convention. Frank will talk next year on labor, OSHA, and immigration issues.
