Eric Paltell has practiced law since 1987, concentrating in the representation of public and private sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. Prior to joining Kollman & Saucier as a partner in 2002, Mr. Paltell was a partner with one of the world's largest law firms, Piper Rudnick (now known as DLA Piper). Mr. Paltell's practice includes employment discrimination and sexual harassment suits, ADA and FMLA litigation, wrongful discharge suits, wage and hour cases, ERISA litigation, NLRB proceedings, collective bargaining negotiations, and grievance arbitrations. Additionally, a significant part of Mr. Paltell's practice involves management training and counseling.

For the past four years, Mr. Paltell has been listed as one of the top labor attorneys in Maryland in the Chambers USA publication, "America's Leading Business Lawyers." Mr. Paltell is also one of only 16 attorneys in Maryland listed in the "Management Labor and Employment" edition of "Who's Who Legal: USA 2006," and was listed by Baltimore Magazine as one of Maryland's "Super Lawyers" in 2007. Mr. Paltell has obtained an “AV" peer review rating from Lexis-Nexis/Martindale Hubbell.
